Emma & Lilly
Lillypaws is a family run dog grooming parlour based in Blaenrhondda, we work from our home on a one to one basis. This ensures that your dog gets our full attention, however this also means that we rely heavily on our customers letting us know if they can't make their appointment. We kindly ask that all customers give 24 hours notice of cancellation as per our terms of service.
Emma completed her training under Claire Hyde, B.Sc., P.G.C.E, who has been grooming since 1994. Claire owns and runs Classic Canine Cuts in Blackwood, South Wales, which is an award winning business and is a City and Guilds Approved Assessment Centre. Not only has Emma completed this professional training course, she is also continuing to improve her education and knowledge and is going onto complete City and Guilds Level 2 and 3 qualifications in the future. Emma has previously worked at a Veterinary Practice as an Auxiliary Nurse assisting the vets with the care of all types of pets from little to large. This has given her an excellent understanding of animal anatomy and physiology and a good understanding of preventative health care. Whilst we aren't able to advise you on medical issues, we will be sure to let you know if we find anything that concerns us during your pets time with us, so you can seek help from your vet.
Emma is a trained First Aider both animal and human. Emma has been trained to be a Fire Marshall too so you can be sure that not matter what the emergency Emma has it covered!
Lillypaws is fully insured and is proud to be a member of the British Dog Groomers Association, British Isles Grooming Association and the Pet Services Association. We also have been Police Checked to the basic level via Enhanced Disclosure Scotland, so you can be sure your dog will be in the safest of hands. We have taken every precaution to ensure that Lillypaws is a safe environment for you and your dog and we can't wait to meet you!
